About

The operating bridge between Asian consumer brands and European digital commerce.

Ecomthrive Systems OÜ is an Estonia-registered company working with established consumer brands and manufacturers in Asia that are entering or scaling in European markets through Amazon.

Ecomthrive exists because of a specific, repeating gap. Asian consumer brands arriving in Europe are rarely short of product quality, manufacturing capability or domestic market proof. What they lack is a European commercial operation: someone who can establish whether the opportunity is real, position the brand for a different buyer, build the marketplace foundation correctly, and then run it against margin rather than revenue.

That work does not fit neatly into an advertising agency, a consultancy or a distributor. It requires all three perspectives at once — which is how we are built.

Founder

Built by an Amazon operator, not a traditional agency.

Thomas has worked in e-commerce and Amazon since 2017 — operating brands, developing products, sourcing in Asia and managing marketplace growth across multiple product categories.

His experience combines Amazon operations, advertising, product development, sourcing, marketplace analytics and cross-border e-commerce.

Today, Ecomthrive helps established Asian consumer brands build and scale their European marketplace operations.

Asia ↔ Europe

Built between Asia and Europe.

Ecomthrive operates at the intersection of Asian manufacturing and European digital commerce.

Experience across Korea, Vietnam and China gives us an understanding of both sides of international expansion — from product and manufacturing realities to marketplace execution in Europe. That matters when a decision depends on landed cost, minimum order quantities and lead times as much as on advertising efficiency.

  • South KoreaEurope

Design-led consumer brands, beauty, home and lifestyle

  • VietnamEurope

Manufacturing depth and fast-maturing own-brand exporters

  • ChinaEurope

Scale, supply-chain velocity and category breadth

The destination is rarely a single country. Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands sit under one Amazon account structure but behave as separate commercial markets — and are prioritised accordingly.

Direction

Amazon is the entry point, not the ceiling.

Amazon is currently the fastest and most measurable way for an Asian consumer brand to establish a European commercial position. It is not the whole of what European commerce requires, and our direction reflects that.

Marketplace operations

Running European marketplace businesses end to end for brands that do not want to build the function internally before the volume justifies it.

Operating intelligence

A deepening analytics and decision layer around margin, demand and advertising efficiency, built from the reporting work we already do for clients.

European commercial infrastructure

The practical apparatus of selling in Europe — entity, compliance, logistics coordination and distribution relationships — assembled once and reused.

Strategic partnerships

Selected long-term structures with brands where a deeper commercial alignment makes more sense than a service relationship.

Context

Product & supply chain understanding.

Marketplace growth starts before a product reaches Amazon. Our background in Asian sourcing, manufacturing and product development helps us evaluate opportunities beyond advertising metrics.

  • Landed cost realism

Unit economics that hold once European fees, VAT, freight, storage and returns are applied — not domestic margin carried across a border.

  • Product and packaging fit

Sizing, compliance, packaging and variant structure judged against European buyer expectations and marketplace fee tiers.

  • Supply reliability

Lead times and minimum order quantities considered as part of the growth plan, because ranking is lost faster than it is earned back.

Ecomthrive is not a sourcing company. Dedicated supplier sourcing, factory qualification and quality control in Asia are handled separately through TL Sourcing.
